World Kindness Week 7-13 November

Kindness is particularly needed during these strange times that we live in. Over this week, let's try to think of some small random acts of kindness that we can do for someone. I will post a bit on this. Think of how you felt when someone did something for you. No matter how small...

This topic makes me think... do you remember when in parts of the word, people of all ages designed stones and left them for people? I miss this soo much in France! I never stop looking for them. A small stone with a message or drawing easily made my day each time I found one! Think of your random acts of kindness as putting those little stones out there.. who will they help.. whose day might you change?

What does kindness mean to you, what does it look like?

Has someone done something kind for you recently?

For those of you who don't know who Mr Roger's is, google him... There is even a movie....when we were kids we laughed at him and his show, but he really knew what he was talking about!

We all need little random acts of kindness from time to time.

They can boost our day or night!

A smile on the street, a hello or bonjour from a neighbour we don't know very well, someone sharing a recipe, someone holding a door open, a compliment from a stranger.

These little things add up! Maybe we are in the right place at the right time to help someone avoid getting lost!

A simple act of kindness can change someone's day completely. And it can change your own day, knowing you helped someone.
