​How online counselling/ coaching works

 

In a world where we are all busy and have stresses holding us back, online counselling/ coaching can provide an easier access pathway to talking to someone.

If you are wondering how to move forward, please go to the contact page of this website, and send me a message and we can set up a first session.

I understand that the idea of going to see a counsellor/ coach can be daunting. Trust me, this is very normal for everyone, myself included!

However, I am here to let you know that I will create a safe space for you to talk with me about the struggles/ issues you are having and to work on the goals to get you to where you want to be in your life. 
I offer English speaking counselling in France, or online therapy.

Online services available

Individualised one to one counselling and coaching suited to your specific needs. The first session is offered for free in order to work on how we can best work together to target the areas you that need help with, and any questions you may have on how we can move forward working together.

An online community created in order to help you better to connect with other expats and French residents with the aim of building and cultivating community, opportunities and exchanges. This is also a place where we can practice language skills together, sharing and swapping skills. Referrals to French providers of language, education, culture.
